Palm Villas of Delray is a Condo Owners Association, (COA) community and is located in Delray Beach, minutes from the Atlantic Avenue Ocean Beach and the hottest spot for dinning, festivals, art fairs and dancing, Downtown Delray!

OUR APARTMENT HOMES
All floor plans are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. A total of 60 units. We have 7 buildings with 8 apartments and one building with 4 apartments..
Monthly maintenance includes water, sewer, rubbish removal, landscaping, and a professional management company.
The community offers a variety of two swimming pools, tennis/basket ball court, grilling stations, and a club house.

Meetings -NOTICES
COA's Meetings are done monthly and in our club house. Notices get posted here prior to the meeting date. Its a great way to meet your neighbors and to take part in our community. Meeting minutes are posted in your secure portal

Property Inspections
We are continuously doing property inspections. You will receive a violation if you are not within the rules.
Crime Watch
If you see something do something! You can call the non-emergency Police department if it not an emergency or 911 if it is.

Rules and Regulations
Rules and Regulations for Palm Villas will be under your secure account. Its imperative to pass this information on to your pre-approved and screened tenants to avoid violations.
Parking
Parking spaces are limited. You get one assigned space, and a guest space. Please register your vehicles to avoid towing.
BACK IN PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED
Pets
Please make sure to pick up after your pets. Residents please be sure to pick up after your-selves to avoid pets from getting hurt or sick from stepping on glass or eating garbage you left behind.
